Every job runs on the same system: a carbon-fiber water-fed pole and ultra-pure (RO/DI) water. The brush agitates dirt off the glass; the rinse runs ultra-pure water across it; the water dries with nothing in it, so the glass dries spot-free.
Skylights take longer than a wall pane — they need overhead reach and careful rinse control. We clean them with the same pole and pure-water system. $25 each.
Dust and pollen on Edmond solar arrays can cost 5–15% of output. The same pure-water rinse that cleans your glass cleans your panels — no soap, no streaks. $10 per panel.
For windows that have collected years of mineral spotting from sprinklers, salt-water, or storm runoff, a normal cleaning will not lift it — the mineral has bonded to the glass. We use a dedicated polish-and-rinse process. From $40 per window; severity confirmed on site.
